Introducing Pallet Runner™, the revolutionary addition to your lineup of high density storage products. Quite simply, in the right application, Pallet Runner™ delivers on storing more pallets in your warehouse than any other type of storage system while making the most efficient use of your existing lift truck fleet (or an existing drive-in system).

How Does It Work?

Deep carrier rails are installed into an engineered Racking System (or an existing system).

The Pallet Runner is placed into the appropriate lane and your operator presses the put-away or put-to button on the installed remote control.

The operator drives away to retrieve or deliver the pallet while the Pallet Runner works on its own.

Each remote can control multiple Pallet Runners to maximize throughput for each operator.

Features & Benefits

All controls for operating the Pallet Runner are modular in design. If maintenance is required on the controls, the components can easily be removed and replaced and the Pallet Runner is back in operation.

FIFO or LIFO

Although initially designed for Last-in First-out applications, the Pallet Runner is now equally adept at First-in First-out applications!

Safety Pin

Transporting anything without fork pockets or a restraining devise can be dangerous and costly if the load is dropped. The Pallet Runner uses a patented retaining pin to keep it safe and secured in place.

Full Lift Tray

Pallets in the real world are not always in perfect shape or of similar size. Because the Pallet Runner lifts the pallet with a complete Lift Tray there is no opportunity for the load to be mishandled.

Large Diameter Wheels

Ensures a smooth and consistent ride for the Pallet Runner even in harsh environments.

Easy Access

The Pallet Runner can be placed EASILY into the carrier rails at any level due to its uniquely designed channel. This virtually eliminates any possible rail damage.

Running Time

Because the Pallet Runner operates remotely with no external power source extended battery life is critical. The Pallet Runner uses a state of the art maintenance free battery. It will run for an amazing 22 hours without need for a recharge in a typical application!.

Charging Time

The Pallet Runner fully recharges in 4 hours, keeping downtime to a minimum.

Lift Height

The pallet is lifted almost a full inch clear of the carrier rails by the Pallet Runner Lift Tray, eliminating worry over stretch wrap or other catching on the rail.

Retrofit

An engineering study can determine if your Drive-in system is suitable for a Pallet Runner retrofit. Most are with our unique design!
